The Global Speakers Federation (GSF) is dedicated to empowering professional speaker associations and their members worldwide by serving as a dynamic hub for collaboration, resources, and best practices, while boldly defining and upholding rigorous professional standards to elevate voices, foster sustainable growth, and drive transformative impact on global audiences.

This section focuses on strengthening the internal structures, policies, and leadership of the GSF to ensure effective decision-making, transparency, and sustainability, including positioning GSF as the standards and potential (to be discussed further) certification body for the global speaking industry, with enhanced board structure, engagement, and succession practices to drive accountability and long-term health, incorporating a reimagined board for agility, policy reviews using AI, unified board requirements, easier sharing mechanisms, peer-to peer reviews, and support for member associations' policies.
